A small insight into our well thought out beverage selection
There's nothing like a sparkling Aperol Spritz on our lovely sun terrace, is there? :-)
Oh but yes! On your next visit you must try the Paul, or the Luis, or the Luise... we could go on and on.
Our aperitif creations not only taste delicious, they are also locals ;-) Here, too, we rely on South Tyrolean producers wherever possible.
We were also particularly convinced by the beverage producer Plose, which offers really great lemonades in different varieties. So we even have a South Tyrolean Cola!
Also in our wine cellar you are greeted by exclusively South Tyrol reds and whites ;-)
Why look far, when the best is so close... and it is, literally! Also on the Ritten there are some wineries with great wines. We have selected our favorites for you.
And the best comes at the end!
We don't even have to mention that in our kitchen we always create really wonderful things ;-) But did you know that the most delicious elderberry syrup far and wide is made here? Or is the currant syrup your favorite? No matter which one (there are even more)...just add some Rittner spring water and you have a wonderfully refreshing thirst quencher for any time of the day.
