Regional and seasonal - sometimes less is more

Why wander far and wide when the best is right on our doorstep? Well, sometimes maybe not exactly, but we almost always know exactly where our food comes from! We have a personal relationship with many of our suppliers and know most of our supply chains inside out. Bread comes from Niederstätter Bakery, Rittner beef from Weissensteiner Butcher Shop, lamb from Weidnerhof, chicken from Öbersthof, vegetables and salads from Eggerhof, cheese from Wolfhof and much more. Sometimes the farm seems or is only a stone's throw away.
Since 2022 we offer every day delicious 4-course menus of choice, prepared with great love for the culinary art. Regional and seasonal are the magic words for us. And we have reduced the proportion of meat to make room for delicious and, above all, homemade vegetarian dishes. Healthy and environmentally friendly - that's our motto!

And when it comes to breakfast, we have a South Tyrolean taste explosion! 100% from South Tyrol, with homemade fruit spreads, fresh farm eggs and oven-fresh bread - the hearts of breakfast lovers beat faster!

But wait, that's not all! Not only do we have great tasting treats, but we also don't waste. We pride ourselves on being almost zero waste. Because with us, nothing is wasted, but everything is used and, above all, appreciated.

And here's the kicker: we have the courage to break new ground! In 2022, we adjusted the meal times in our evening restaurant. Why? To meet the wishes of our guests and at the same time make working hours friendlier for our employees. Because for us, satisfied guests and happy employees are the secret recipe for an all-round successful experience!
