Acting sustainably and regionally has always been a concern of ours. For example, when buying food, we try to give priority to products with the shortest transport route, and when cleaning, we avoid chemicals as far as possible. We don't even need to talk about wasting energy and resources. We have been doing some things out of
conviction for years, but much more is possible and we are only at the beginning of this path, which we also go together with our guests.
The requirements of GSTC are high and we are audited annually in our progress. But the best auditors are and remain our guests :-)
