For guests arriving by train or other public transportation, we have a special extra: We will cover the cost of the suitcase delivery service for you.

When booking at least 4 weeks in advance and staying for a minimum of 1 week, we’ll cover the cost of one suitcase delivery for guests arriving by train.

The transport cost will either be credited to your room bill upon presentation of the corresponding receipt, or covered directly by us.

To make your arrival even more relaxed, we’ll send the RittenCard to your home in advance – so you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge from the moment you arrive.
